All orders placed before 12pm UK time (Monday-Friday) will be dispatched from our warehouse on the same day. Orders after 12pm (Monday-Thursday) will be dispatched the following day. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday or placed over the weekend will be dispatched first thing on Monday.
We use Royal Mail 1st class for our deliveries which usually arrives within 1 working day. Unfortunately we can’t be responsible for any delays caused by our delivery partners however and we urge our customers to allow up to 5 working days before contacting us.
We’re happy to accept returns of products as long as they’re undamaged and still in their sealed packaging. You have 14 days from the point of receiving your order to notify us of your intention to return your items and you then have a further 14 days from that point to return your items.
